All sales are final. Here at Sew Needo Design we offer custom embroidery. Please be sure of your purchase before paying.

If there’s a problem with your order (such as damage or an error), contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll gladly repair or replace the item.

No refunds or exchanges are available on custom items.
